Sharon has over 30 years of experience in structural design, including over 20 years in CTA. Sharon has a strong knowledge in concrete and steel construction with special focus on tilt-up construction and large steel building structures. She leads the team with a vision for innovation and excellence. Her expertise in industrial and warehouse design is instrumental in driving the firm’s success. Sharon has designed over 100 warehouse buildings in Lower Mainland and received high praise from clients. The following is a list

P.Eng, Struct. Eng, Principal Structural Engineer

Brent has experience with most commonly used construction materials and various structural systems. He has been in the field for 20 years and his expertise allows him to develop well-integrated and economical structural solutions. He has extensive experience with multi-level tilt-up buildings and steel structures.

YUWEI CHEN

Structural Designer

With more than five years of experience in drafting and design, Yuwei is dedicated to creating structures that are both safe and efficient. As a Structural Engineer in Training (EIT), she has a solid foundation in engineering principles and hands-on expertise in structural analysis and design. Yuwei has contributed to a wide range of projects involving steel, concrete, and tilt-up construction, and works closely with other engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project completion and effective coordination throughout.

EMMANUEL AUDU-WAR

Draftsman

Emmanuel has over five years of experience in drafting. His work involves translating ideas, designs, and concepts into technical drawings and plans. These plans serve as blueprints for building permits, detailing, and construction. He works closely with our Engineers to translate the designs to meet client expectations. When he’s not working, you can find Emmanuel playing Football and enjoying time with his family.
